This list contains the file extensions for files that are renamed when sent through our smtp mail server as this is part of our effort to stamp out unknown online and e-mail threats. The three letter "Z" names represent the name of the renamed file extensions. You must use the "Z" name table below to return the files that were sent to you through e-mail to their original names if the files are found to be truly safe.

Note - Files with the .PGP and .GPG file extension are not renamed when passing through The Neighborhood Network mail server.  Winzip 9.0

Additional Note - Users of the Thawte Web Of Trust system will notice that all encrypted mail that is sent to another member of the freemail system will never receive a renamed e-mail attachment.
